Strategy

A powerful strategy is a carefully considered plan for meeting specific objectives. But a powerful strategy must be built on the correct strategic positioning which is why at Labadie Communications we implement a very deliberate exploration process that use the following steps :

  • Marketing research. Whether quantitative or qualitative; research is required, and Labadie Communications has the expertise to help our clients gain the critical insights about the competitive landscape, and more.
  • SWOT Analysis. Every engagement involves studying our client’s current position vis-à-vis the marketplace. We must understand Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats before fashioning the marketing plan.
  • Target Analysis. Starting with an internal database of constituent donors, we analyze commonalities to seek an expanded group of prospects from other list sources. Additionally, test methodologies help us determine how far we can cost-effectively expand our prospect universe.

Measurable Results/ROI Analytics

Most direct marketing firms will do the planning, execute the tactics and then you don’t hear from them until it is time to do the next marketing effort. That is not the way we work at Labadie Communications. We help you determine the strategy, create and execute the tactics and then we measure and report the results.

At-the-end-of-the-day, it is the results that count. We create and deliver response reports for direct mail efforts as well as web-based and online media statistics to help determine how much each donor costs your organization.

Working with Labadie Communications provides you with a Return On Investment report every month, for every tactic utilized that month. It includes the number of leads generated, progress made against the clearly articulated goals established at the beginning of the campaign, an executive summary and our best recommendations.
