From our beginning in 1989, as a copywriting & design creative team, Labadie Communications soon evolved into a full–service advertising & direct marketing agency to meet the needs of our clients.

In 2004, Monsignor Leonard Kalin, Vocation Director for the Diocese of Lincoln, Nebraska, asked Phil Labadie to design a brochure featuring the seminarians of the Lincoln Diocese. This project was the start of our mission and goal to support, promote and develop a culture of vocations in every diocese of the Catholic Church.

As a result, we were lead to focus all of our efforts on Catholic Dioceses, Religious Communities and Catholic Organizations with a primary emphasis on vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life.

Our proven system and agency approach in assisting vocation directors and the office of vocations in dioceses across the United States has proven to be fruitful for discernment, awareness and the spiritual and financial support of seminarians.

Today, our ministry and successful programs continue to grow. It’s our ongoing mission and passion to Understand. Clarify. Connect.
